Jurupa Valley is one of the Riverside County cities where low income families do not have access to a healthy food diet, State Assemblymember 60th District in Western Riverside County, Sabrina Cervantes, stated in her speech during the inauguration ceremony.  “Over 1 million people in the Inland Empire live in food deserts and struggle to access fresh and nutritious food.”
